1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with lgo123 and to use any of its services. lgo123 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. lgo123 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

lgo123 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the lgo123 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. lgo123 does not accept registrations from residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. The Company reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account with lgo123. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held across associated accounts, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use lgo123 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. lgo123 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including customer support. You must notify lgo123 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. lgo123 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

lgo123 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your membership, the Company may require you to provide:

• A copy of your national identity card (KTP) or passport
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company's compliance team

Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your lgo123 account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending wagering requirements must be resolved prior to any final withdrawal. lgo123 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lgo123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Payment method availability may vary. lgo123 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable daily or monthly deposit limits are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your lgo123 account within the processing time indicated for each payment method. lgo123 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. lgo123 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; actual times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider and may extend during periods of high volume or public holidays in Indonesia.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

lgo123 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where:

• KYC documentation has not been completed to the Company's satisfaction
• Active Bonus Funds remain subject to wagering requirements
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms
• There is a reasonable belief that the withdrawal request is part of a money-laundering scheme

4.5 Currency

All transactions on lgo123 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not bear any responsibility for currency conversion fees that may be applied by third-party banks or e-wallet providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by lgo123 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not immed iately withdrawable. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each promotion's detail page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as available to existing Members, welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are restricted to new registrations only. lgo123 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any offer from any Member where abuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

lgo123 employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinated wagering with other Members to manipulate wagering requirement completion
• Low-risk, mathematically near-certain wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

Where bonus abuse is identified, lgo123 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the Member's account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus play.

5.5 Promotional Validity

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically. lgo123 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on lgo123 — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and crash games — are operated in accordance with the rules published on the Platform and the specifications provided by the respective game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and server records, the server records shall be conclusive.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on lgo123 cover domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF). Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and Asian Handicap markets are available on eligible fixtures. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. lgo123 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by proven corruption, force majeure, or where odds were published in error.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by independently verifiable official draw outcomes. lgo123 publishes draw schedules and result sources on the relevant game pages. Any dispute regarding a togel result must be raised within 24 hours of the draw. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, lgo123's system will complete the round using the last valid action recorded on the server. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from connection failures that are attributable to the Member's internet service provider or device.

6.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be voided and stakes returned to Members' accounts. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays. lgo123 will communicate the nature and resolution of any significant malfunction through its customer support channels.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

lgo123 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that enable Members to stay in control of their gaming activity. Gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. 7.2 Available Controls

Members may request the following responsible gaming controls through the Platform or by contacting customer support:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgo123 platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by lgo123
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or other financial crime
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of corruption in sporting events offered on the Platform
• Providing false KYC documentation or impersonating another individual
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Members without authorisation
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or negatively impacts the experience of other Members

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lgo123 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the property of lgo123 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of lgo123. Unauthorised use of lgo123 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

lgo123 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and events beyond the Company's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures) may cause temporary service interruptions. lgo123 accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

While lgo123 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game information, and promotional details displayed on the Platform, errors may occasionally occur. lgo123 reserves the right to correct any errors and to void bets or transactions placed on the basis of a material error without prior notice.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lgo123's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lgo123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

10.4 Third-Party Services

lgo123 utilises third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology suppliers. The Company accepts no liability for failures, errors, or losses attributable to third-party service providers, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

lgo123 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

12 Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

13 Governing Law

lgo123 is operated under an international gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
